Rayle Electric Membership Corporation is a member-owned electric cooperative which provides electrical power to the rural areas of all or parts of ten northeast Georgia counties. Rayle EMC serves Wilkes, Oglethorpe, Lincoln, Taliaferro, Greene, Hancock, Morgan, Oconee, Madison, and Athens-Clarke counties.
